Mr. Davis is one of the founding members of MAGNA World Partners located in New York and London. It was through the vision and insight of Mr. Davis that the remaining founding members of MAGNA World Partners were assembled. Mr. Davis comes to MAGNA following an extensive entrepreneurial history in the restaurant franchise industry, real estate finance, acquisitions, development and management. He is also an accomplished motion picture film producer, who has worked extensively in the industry for the past ten years. As a result he founded and is the managing member of a Motion Picture Financing Fund, who's focus is to develop and produce content for the international market place.

Mr. Davis overseas all short and long term strategies on behalf of MAGNA World Partners, Inc., Ltd.
